Shipping policy

I am a one woman operation, all orders are prepared within 5 business days starting from the order confirmation date. 

If you need your item by a specific date, please email me at hi@jactse.studio as soon as you place your order and I will do my best to make that happen. I will respond to emails as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours from the time it was sent.

As soon as your order is shipped, I will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.

For items marked “pre-order,” please allow up to 8 weeks for production and shipping. In order to be not wasteful in my energy usage, I only fire my kiln when it is full, that is why there is a 4-8 weeks lead time for all pre-order items.
