RETURNS

If you should ever have a problem with your order, please give me the opportunity to make it right. All items are handmade and I make sure they are perfect before shipping. In the rare chance that there is a problem due to a workmanship issue (I am human and fallible, despite best efforts) then I will do my best to rectify the problem to your satisfaction.

To be eligible, items must be returned within 15 days of original delivery. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. To complete your return, please email me at hi@jactse.studio with your receipt or proof of purchase and your reason for returning your item(s). I will respond to your email with next steps.

NON-RETURNABE ITEMS:

- Gift cards
- Jewelry
- Custom or wholesale orders
- Sale items

REFUNDS

You will be notified via email once your return is received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email at hi@jactse.studio, we will check to see if the same item is still in stock and send follow-up information.

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product, please first email me at hi@jactse.studio with your proof of purchase and the reason for your return. We will get back to you shortly with next steps and a return address.

You will be responsible for arranging return shipping of your item at your own expense. I strongly suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as I am not liable for packages lost in transit.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

My Process...

🖐️ I strive for consistency but also embrace the unique qualities inherent to the handmade process, no two are exactly alike. Please embrace unique variations such as occasional tool marks, bubbles, or color variations.

💓 Sculpting: My work is either hand built, press molded, slip casted, piped, or a combination of these techniques. Painted surfaces are all done by hand and fired onto the surface.

🪨 Clay: Stoneware, porcelain, or a combination of both.

🔥 Firing: All my pieces go through at least 2 firings, up to about 2200°F, some even up to 4-6 times depending on the effect I am trying to achieve.

💚 Made-to-Order: In the effort towards sustainability, certain items will be made-to-order, please allow 4-8 weeks for production and shipping. We appreciate your patience and understanding.🌎
