Shipping

I am a one woman operation, all orders are prepared within 5 business days starting from the order confirmation date. If you need your item by a specific date, please email me at hi@jactse.studio as soon as you place your order and I will do my best to make that happen. I will respond to emails as soon as possible but no later than 48 hours from the time it was sent.

For items marked “pre-order,” please allow up to 30 days for production and shipping.

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email from which you will be able to track your order.
